The Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) caters for students who have demonstrated outstanding potential in the field of science.
This degree at Griffith follows the Bachelor of Science degree, allowing you to engage in research early by taking one Advanced Studies course each trimester.
You'll undertake this major research project and be individually guided and mentored by one or more outstanding scientific researchers.
You'll complete an honours project in your chosen specialisation in your final year.
This is the opportunity to hone your skills and demonstrate your research ability under the eyes of a leading science researcher.
This is your degree if you have a talent and passion for science.
Students also enrol in a dissertation component of the program.
In the dissertation component, students are expected to be able to work independently most of the time.
