The Master of Business Administration (Executive) at UOW is a unique degree tailored for experienced senior managers looking to enhance their professional capabilities.
It is also suitable for those aspiring to executive positions and entrepreneurs motivated to start and grow their business ventures.
The program will develop and advance the skills required to respond to the dynamic business environment by identifying, implementing and managing best business practices through all stages of business life cycles.
You will learn to be innovative, visionary and strategic in delivering key business outcomes and realise and develop your authentic leadership style.
Your managerial and directional skills will be enhanced to enable you to respond to the organisation of all business models effectively.
The subjects are specifically designed and taught for interactivity, and you can share and learn from like-minded professionals at similar stages of their careers in the classroom.
This allows you to expand your career network and immediately utilise the learnings in your current senior managerial or executive role.
The assessment tasks are similarly designed to be applied back to real and current business objectives.
To allow you to manage your work and study commitments, the program is taught with flexibility in mind and delivered via regular weekend block classes, a residential weekend, and an international study tour.

A recognised bachelor's degree with an average mark of 60%, plus 5 years of senior management work experience.
In exceptional cases, candidates who can demonstrate senior executive work experience will be considered for admission to the program on an individual basis.
All students are required to have an interview with the Master of Business Administration (Executive) to be approved for entry into the course.
