The Bachelor of Science Advanced Honours (Physics) degree provides you with the first real opportunity to research a topic of your interest.
In the final Honours year, you will undertake substantial supervised research in your major discipline, together with other required seminars and/or coursework.
The Honours year is particularly important as it represents a gateway to future research opportunities, both in the form of higher research degrees and as a career in research or to other vocations that require advanced analytical and research skills.
The Bachelor of Science Advanced Honours (Physics) offers greater flexibility in program design, providing an opportunity to undertake individual research subjects at 2nd, 3rd and 4th-year levels.
You can also participate in various enrichment activities and develop a close association with an appropriate member of one of the Faculty’s research teams.

Applicants must have achieved the required score in a qualification equivalent to completing 13 years of schooling in Australia.
To succeed in your chosen course, it is assumed you have completed relevant subjects in your senior high school studies or other relevant qualifications.
