Fashion Communication units cover fashion's history, theory and industry contexts from practical and theoretical perspectives.
Learning modules cover fashion image making, aesthetics, history and theory, supply chains, and sustainable and ethical approaches to fashion product development.
You will learn how fashion is communicated, marketed, and distributed through industry channels.
Additionally, you will be able to develop practical skills in the technical and expressive communication of fashion across various industry contexts and media.
More advanced units allow you to develop skills in shaping critical dialogues and communicating sophisticated fashion messages.
Approaches to learning and teaching include collaborative project-based models and team-based practices alongside opportunities for independent learning.
You’ll be prepared for the real world with studio-based learning, skills in entrepreneurship, real industry challenges, work-integrated learning (WIL) opportunities and links to creative start-ups.
