To receive a conditional offer of admission, you must be eligible for levels 2, 3, 4, or 5 of the LEAF program. After completing level 5, you can begin studying full-time in your academic program.
Which level of LEAF you are eligible for is determined according to your most recent score on an English-language test.

There are two 14-week terms (fall and winter) and two eight-week intensive terms (spring and summer) in the LEAF program each calendar year.
The 14-week terms are the same length and run at the same time as the undergraduate terms, allowing you to interact with both domestic and international students at Laurier while you experience university life in Canada.
In LEAF Level 5, you also complete an academic course for credit.

In acknowledgement of the various grading scales used throughout China, the grading scale on the transcript will be used. Grades are converted to reflect a 50% pass.
