The General Arts & Science – Indigenous Specialization Program is ideal for anyone who would like to prepare for post-secondary studies or the workplace from an Indigenous perspective.  

Through a holistic cultural and land-based approach*, you will develop English and Math skills, learn Indigenous languages, focus on your own culture, heritage and well-being, and earn credits towards other post-secondary diploma programs.  If you are unsure of what career you would like to pursue, this program will help you make those life-changing decisions.

As a result of the widespread suspension of IELTS and other testing platforms during the COVID 19 pandemic, Cambrian College will temporarily accept the Duolingo English Test, IELTS Indicator and the TOEFL-iBT® Special Home Edition to demonstrate English Proficiency.

Note: Those requiring English may take the college first-class English for Academic Purposes Program: EAPP program. Once you complete the program, you will be accepted into Cambrian College Diploma or certificate programs.
