Centennial College's Fitness and Health Promotion program comprises hands-on practical learning in laboratory and placement settings and a comprehensive academic grounding that will prepare you for a career assisting individuals and groups to reach their highest potential for overall well-being.

Fitness and Health Promotion taught within the School of Community and Health Studies, is a two-year health diploma program that will include the following:

Academic background and requirement
