This full-time graduate certificate program at Conestoga College will prepare graduates with a previous technical degree or diploma for exciting careers in several fields, including, but not limited to:
Studies combine theoretical knowledge with applied skills in controlling robotic and automated equipment using electronics, programmable automation controllers, computers, hydraulics and pneumatics.
This program offers key practical courses similar to those found in the highly successful Mechanical Engineering Technology Robotics and Automation Technology program, including advanced programming, automation and process controls, and robotics and culminates in a final term industrial automation project.
The optional co-op stream includes one co-op work term instead of the Guided Career Management course.

Conestoga offers a language program for students whose English language skills are below the standard required for admission but have met all other admission criteria.
You will be eligible for admission to the degree program after completing level 4 of the General Arts and Science - English Language Studies (ELS) program with an overall grade average of 80% and no grade less than 75%.
Your placement in the ELS program is determined by scores on an in-house English language test or TOEFL or IELTS.
