Hospitality Services Management (Post Baccalaureate Diploma)

Prepare for leadership roles in the hospitality and service sectors with the two-year Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Hospitality Services Management at Douglas College

You’ll work on real projects in the business community and participate in management simulation exercises that closely mirror the real world. 

Gain practical marketing and management skills, and learn about event management, revenue management and strategic planning.  

The program includes a work experience component in a hospitality or service environment. 

Career prospects are strong, with the BC Labour Market Outlook predicting more than 92,000 job openings in tourism and hospitality by 2025.

In the Business Internship Program, you’ll apply the theory and knowledge you’ve learned in class to a real-world business setting.
