The Social Services Worker Diploma at Northern Lights College program provides opportunities for students to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and qualifications to enable them to work in the human services worker field.  

The program involves two years of full-time study, combining practice, theory, and academic course requirements to prepare students to become critical practitioners emphasising advocacy, social justice, and social change.

Language pathway (conditional offer) is available

NLC offers an immersive full-time English language program for international students at the Fort St. John Campus. 

Semesters begin in September, January, and April. Students can take the ESL program to improve their English generally or as a pathway into one of the College academic programs.
