Overview

Diploma - Baking and Pastry Arts Management

At Humber, the two-year Baking and Pastry Arts Management program offers exceptional instruction that is fun, creative and rewarding.

Students are all smiles as they develop skills and experience in the bake labs, under the mentorship and guidance of pastry chef instructors from all around the world.

Some of the amazing things you will create in the program are:

  • delicious desserts and confections
  • freshly-milled whole grain bread
  • gluten-free and vegan baking
  • mouth-watering pastries, cookies and cakes
  • stunning showpieces and decorative cakes

The two-year diploma program prepares you for a career without limits.

You will build crucial skills in hands-on baking, as well as learn how to produce and market your own baked goods.

As one of the most engaged baking programs, we are always looking for ways to integrate visual and social media into the lab experiences, and discover ways to show off your baking to the world!

Note: For students starting in September or January, there is a scheduled one-semester break between the second and third semesters.
