Building Renovation Technology is a three-year advanced diploma program with a co-operative education component. Students will learn to plan, implement, and lead building and renovation projects.
Graduates of this program will be equipped with proven skills through two co-op education work terms at Fanshawe College.
The program will address the changes in the Ontario Building Code, introduced in January 2017, which dramatically increased the requirement for buildings to be sustainable and highly energy efficient.

Fanshawe's 10-level EAP program is certified by Languages Canada and meets the language requirements for admission to Western University, Fanshawe, and many other Ontario colleges.
The EAP program and full-time professors will help you to gain confidence and fluency in using English as well as help you prepare for your next steps using the latest methods and technology.
