Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management

The University of Newcastle provides the opportunity to explore the science behind human-induced impacts

You'll learn to understand and combat the critical issues placing a growing strain on the earth’s natural resources, such as climate change, human impacts, and the biodiversity crisis.

The Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management offers four majors:

  • Marine Science and Management
  • Natural Resources and Hazards
  • Sustainability

 

Work Integrated Learning

Students will complete a 140-hour work placement in a private sector, government or community organisation.
