You will learn to link service design directly to the consistent delivery of business processes and systems used by organizations across the globe.
Throughout the program you will learn from industry leaders and educators while using state-of-the-art labs, business case studies and field work projects to enhance your expertise.
As an aspiring industry professional, you will study and work in a Seneca branded uniform helping you feel job-ready from the start. You must purchase the uniform at an additional cost.
Fieldwork is an integral element of your program, providing a way to integrate classroom learning with real business situations. You’ll benefit from 150 hours in a professional setting.
This component is critical to your success and is a requirement to graduate.

As an international student, you have the option of learning English at Seneca's English Language Institute (ELI) before starting your professional program.
There are eight (8) levels in the ELI that are seven (7) weeks in length each. There are six (6) start dates per year: January, March, May, July, September and November.
If you apply to a professional program and you do not meet Seneca’s English requirements, you may receive an Offer of Admission to your program that is conditional upon completion of the English Language Institute.
The college will use your English test score to place you in the most appropriate ELI level. If you do not have an English score, you will take a placement test when you arrive on campus.
