Bachelor of Physical Education Studies in Exercise Science and Fitness

The BPES provides students with in-depth knowledge of the field of Physical Education and the fundamental and specialized skills required by Physical Educators, Exercise Science and Health Professionals, Personal trainers and coaches. 
 
BPES also offers the opportunity to obtain certification through the following organizations: 
 

  • National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP)
  • Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP)
  • Manitoba Fitness Council (MFC)

This stream is designed for students who want to pursue careers in the field of Exercise Science and allied disciplines such as: Kinesiology, Athletic Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Personal Training and Fitness Leadership.
