The University of Guelph offers an eight-semester (20.00 credits) honours program leading to a Bachelor of Commerce degree (B.Comm.).
The Management Economics and Finance major is designed to offer students an appreciation of business and economic problems, particularly in the area of finance.
Management Economics and Finance co-op option provides over 20 months of real-world co-op experience, designed to facilitate the transition of students from academic studies to a professional career improving students’ job search skills, work performance and networking abilities, and boosting resume experience.
Note: Offered as regular and co-op programs.
Students not admitted to co-op will automatically be considered for the regular program.

The English Language Certificate Program (ELCP) is an intensive academic English program designed to prepare you for academic success. You will learn the skills you need to succeed in university studies at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The 7-week terms include 20 instructional hours per week.
|Levels 1 and 2 - High beginner level
|Entry into undergraduate and graduate degree programs
|September, October, January, March, May and July
|Levels 3 and 4 - Low intermediate level
|Levels 5 and 6 - Intermediate level - most students who have studied English in secondary school enter the program at this level or higher
|Levels 7 and 8 - High intermediate level
|Levels 9 and 10 - Advanced level. Completion of both Level 9 and Level 10 meets the English proficiency requirement for entry into undergraduate and graduate degree programs
*If you are 17 and/or still completing secondary school, please contact the English Language Programs office, as these requirements can be waived in some exceptional cases.
Completion of a Class 12 State Board Certificate in the required academic stream with strong First Division standing.
For early admission decisions, students may submit verified 10th standard board results accompanied by anticipated Class 12 grades listed by subject from the school, with a minimum average of 80%.
Diploma Metevaseth/National High School Diploma (after 12 years) or Pre-university year + Diploma Metevaseth with a minimum of 16.
1. Students progressing through Upper Middle School: the Academic Proficiency Test (APT)/HuiKao from CHESICC-Parchment Portal Service with a minimum of 5 relevant required subjects for the degree and major, along with school documents for grades 10, 11, and first semester Grade 12 are required.
Final official Upper Middle School Graduation Certificate will be required in August from the CHESICC-Parchment Portal Service.
2. Students who finished high school in a previous year are required to submit the Upper Middle School Graduation Certificate and the Chinese National University Entrance Examinations (NCEE) including a minimum of 5 relevant required subjects.
