North American Business Management Applied Post Baccalaureate Diploma

The North American Business Management Applied Post Baccalaureate Diploma (NABU Applied) builds knowledge about how to do business in North America for students from around the world.

International students and new permanent residents with an undergraduate degree completed outside of Canada can gain both North American business credentials and practical hands-on work experience in a North American organization.

This full-time program at Capilano University is offered in an accelerated format and includes a work placement practicum

Concentrations are available in marketing, human resources, international strategy & entrepreneurship and finance & investment.

Note: This program is not designed for students who have completed the Capilano University Bachelor of Business Administration degree as this is a duplication of coursework.

Academic background and requirement

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree from a recognized institution with a cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 2.5 or higher with preference given to students with a 3.0 or higher in their final two years of study.
  • Students with backgrounds other than business degrees, economics degrees or the equivalent will be required to complete a Business Essentials course.
