Overview

Master of Commerce - Accounting and Auditing

Macquarie’s practical and flexible Master of Commerce builds on the knowledge and skills you’ve acquired through professional experience or undergraduate studies in commerce and business.

Accounting and auditing are integral to financial success, contributing to responsible and trustworthy business practices.

Accounting and auditing are crucial in managing resources, reporting social and environmental impacts, and making ethical and sustainable decisions.

While accounting establishes the foundation for financial analysis and decision-making, auditing provides independent verification, ensuring transparency and reliability of financial information.

The Accounting and Auditing specialisation will equip you with essential accounting and auditing knowledge and business-related skills in financial reporting, management control systems, assurance services and corporate governance.

You’ll be able to engage with industry practitioners and develop the business acumen required for career success in various industries.
