The Bachelor of Commerce program develops students’ financial literacy, business analytic and decision-making skills, leadership, and management skills through experiential learning and authentic assessment tasks relevant to the choice of major.
This degree equips students to think creatively and critically, problem-solve, communicate professionally, work collaboratively, make ethical and responsible business decisions, and work effectively in an ever-changing and increasingly complex global business environment.
In the Bachelor of Commerce, students complete a major which specifically prepares them for a professional career in Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics or Finance fields.
By undertaking a specified set of subjects according to their chosen discipline, Bachelor of Commerce students graduating with an Accounting, Actuarial Science or Finance major are eligible to pursue professional qualifications offered by their field’s governing bodies.
Students are also encouraged to complete a minor to diversify their skills and enhance their employability.

Bond’s English program is designed to improve your English language skills to enter University.
Offered in 10-week blocks, the subjects increase English language proficiency and develop academic skills, digital literacies and intercultural competence in preparation for university study.

For those applicants who do not currently have the required academic qualifications, there are a number of alternative entry pathways:
The Bond University College Foundation Program provides a pathway for international students to pursue undergraduate studies.
The Foundation Program is open to international students who have completed the equivalent of Australian year 11 and meet the English language requirements.
The Diploma Preparation consists of three subjects and takes only one semester (four months) to complete, allowing you to enter your Diploma program sooner and be on your pathway to a Bond University Bachelor Degree Program.
Successful completion of the Diploma of Business guarantees you a place in the following bachelor’s programs with a number of subjects (8)(8 months) credited towards your new program.
