Conservation and management of wildlife are becoming increasingly essential to protect global biodiversity.
This stream develops the knowledge and skills to work with wildlife, focusing on Australia’s unique fauna.
In addition, it provides opportunities to work towards research programmes with leading wildlife biologists.
It is envisaged that this stream will have the broadest appeal for students attracted to the Environmental Biology Major.
In this course, you will undertake environmental research and develop expertise in zoology, botany, ecology, genetics, environmental management, sustainability and statistics.
In your final year, you will conduct a significant research project with academics engaged in environmental science research.
