The advances in information technology driving our rapidly-changing world depend entirely on the science behind every new development.
Computer science creates the frameworks that information technology depends on. Flinders University’s computer science degrees provide the skills, knowledge and practical training you’ll need to make your mark in a unique and challenging field.
Study the theory and practical aspects of topics as diverse as computer programming, intelligent and interactive systems, digital media, robotics, systems engineering, heuristic optimisation, etc.
You’ll work in close consultation with the industry, building scientific skills that are in demand and up-to-the-minute, and running industry-relevant projects.
You won’t just study the science; you’ll DO the science in a real-world environment.
The Master of Computer Science involves significant project work, notably a major individual project that may tackle an industry-relevant problem or a research question.
