Through the Finance specialisation in the Bachelor of Business (Honours) you gain a solid background in research methodology and financial econometrics, and carry out empirical research in any area of finance.
In the Bachelor of Business (Honours) you explore a topic of your interest and be guided by research-active academics who are known as experts in their distinctive areas of interest - from corporate finance and governance, to financial markets, investments and financial risk management.
AUT's world-leading Finance department collaborates closely with the Auckland Centre for Financial Research. The university provides first-rate research support and involves the university postgraduate students in the university research seminars and related activities.
