Crandall University’s Organizational Management programs focus on providing working professionals the classroom opportunity to complete a Bachelor’s degree or earn a Master’s degree while fully employed.

This 90-credit hour degree will enhance your written and verbal communications, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities while expanding your understanding of research techniques and applications.
Our unique model allows you to complete your degree in just 24 months (depending on incoming transfer credits).
Courses are offered one at a time, for a duration of 5-7 weeks.
Students are eligible to transfer in up to 30-credit hours from a previous program (university, community college, or private college).
Classes are held one night per week at the Crandall University campus by our team of highly qualified professors.

The Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management is designed and delivered in a non-traditional format.
It is for mature adults (at least 21 years of age).
Applicants should have an equivalent of two years of post-secondary experience (university, community college, private college), and a desire to complete a bachelor’s degree.
Note: Applicants from Student Direct Stream (SDS) countries are requested to provide an IELTS – Academic which will be required for your Study Permit application.
Applicants who meet Crandall University’s academic requirements but have not provided proof of English language proficiency may be granted a conditional offer of admission.
Students may complete a university-preparatory English language program at a partner Language Centre: McKenzie College or Atlantic Canada Language Academy.
