Bachelor of Organizational Management

Crandall’s Bachelor of Organizational Management (BOrgM) is designed to provide you with flexibility, convenience, and relevance. 

The uniqueness of this degree completion program will help you progress through your career while living your already busy life. 

This 90-credit hour degree will enhance your written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities while expanding your understanding of research techniques and applications.

Flexible

The unique model allows you to complete your degree in just 24 months (depending on incoming transfer credits). Courses are offered one at a time, for a duration of 5-7 weeks

Students are eligible to transfer up to 30-credit hours from a previous program (university, community college, or private college).

Convenient

Classes are held one night per week at the Crandall University campus by a team of highly qualified professors. Students take one course at a time. 

The faculty work closely with students, understanding the needs of the working professional.

Level Placement

Students take a placement test on their first day to determine their English level. Students who test at level 10 or above may directly enter the University Pathway Program.

Students who test at level 9 or below, will begin in the General English program.


Academic background and requirement

The Bachelor of Organizational Management is designed and delivered in a non-traditional format. It is for mature adults (at least 21 years of age). 

Applicants should have an equivalent of one year of post-secondary experience, and a desire to complete a bachelor’s degree.

Application Checklist

  • The applicant is 21 years or older
  • You should have completed a minimum of one year of post-secondary education (university, community college, private college).
  • We will require official transcript(s) from all post-secondary institutions that you have previously attended.

International applicants are required to have completed a preparatory program that leads to university entrance in their own country. 

Generally, an academic language arts course and a minimum of four additional university-preparatory courses are required. 

Secondary school applicants need to have achieved in their final year of schooling an average of 70% (5 best scoring academic subjects).

Applicants who are looking to transfer from another post-secondary institution are required to have an overall GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.3 scale).

China 

  • Qualifications: A letter grade of C or higher for transcripts includes a “D grade” or a letter grade of B or better for studies that don’t include a “D grade” on their A-F scale.
  • Academic standing: Upper Middle School Graduation Certificate with official English language translation.

India

  • Qualifications: First class or 60% and above.
  • Academic standing: Year XII (12). The University also accepts Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) and Council for Indian School Certificate (CISCE) tests and would require a B1 or 3 Pass with Credit.

Iran

  • Qualifications: 14 or higher on a 1-20 scale.
