This major focuses on the hotel and hospitality industry, where no two days are the same.
At the University of Queensland, you'll learn about international hotel operations, the role of technology in hospitality, and both large-scale and small-scale business operations.
Courses will give you an understanding of hospitality's values and how hospitality experiences are produced.
You'll also learn entrepreneurship, food and beverage management, and casino and gaming management skills.
Graduates typically work in management or marketing roles in hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, cafés, cruise liners, commercial catering and clubs.
