The Master of Engineering Science at The University of New South Wales is for students with a recognised four-year Engineering Degree.
Recent updates and enhanced recognition of prior learning enable students to complete the degree between one to two years, depending on the selected specialisation, accreditation of undergraduate degree, previous study experience and/or relevant work experience.
The School of Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications offers a Space Systems Engineering stream in the Master of Engineering Science degree.
This stream comprises a complement of core and elective courses and a year-long practical project.
Students will have the chance to work on a complex, open-ended, inquiry-based project.
In addition, you will develop a systematic approach to solving problems, as well as core project planning skills and the ability to analyse, interpret and communicate results proficiently.
The completion of an enquiry-based project provides a pathway toward postgraduate research degrees.
