Using a streamlined, 4-semester, continuous model approach, Georgian students develop specific knowledge and the skills necessary to meet the needs of a various rapidly evolving public and private industries in relation to safety and security.
Areas of study include investigative techniques, intelligence assessment, understanding radicalization and extremism, crisis intervention, emergency management, physical security planning, leadership and cyber security.
As a stand-alone program with areas of commonality between the Police Foundations and Community and Justice Services programs, students will acquire an overall understanding of:

Note: International students applying through the Study Direct Stream (SDS) program from Antigua and Barbuda, Brazil, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, India, Morocco, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Senegal, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, or Vietnam should note that the SDS IELTS requirements are 6.0 with no score less than 6.0 in any of the four bands.
