Bachelor of Economics/Law at UNSW provides you with the opportunity to examine the formation, process, structure and economic impact of law, policy and legal institutions.
You'll develop a critical understanding of legal frameworks, processes and systems, while also studying economic issues such as international trade, inflation, government policy and competition, strategic behaviour and unemployment.
By gaining in-depth knowledge in both areas, you’ll be prepared for a career in either economic or legal practice.
Graduates have excellent analytical skills, a capacity for scholarly research, effective oral and written communication skills, and a commitment to personal and professional development, ethical practice and social responsibility.
As part of your degree, you’ll undertake hands-on courses that integrate industry experience into your program.
You’ll also participate in interactive teaching, group work, and a clinical component in which you’ll work with clients and lawyers.
