Master of Finance (Extension)

The Master of Finance (Extension) at UTS provides a comprehensive range of skills and expertise expected of leading practitioners in the banking and finance sectors. 

The course enhances students' professional skills in finance, banking and investment management and provides an avenue for those seeking to move into this area.

The core subjects within the course build a robust foundation. 

Students can choose a major comprising six subjects plus four or ten elective subjects from a wide selection of electives. 

Students can choose their path by specialising in investment management, corporate finance, banking, financial technology, sustainable finance and ESG. 

The additional elective subject choices provide an opportunity to specialise more deeply in the finance discipline and to enhance further students' skills, professional practice, specialist knowledge, and capabilities.
