Overview

Bachelor of Design - Industrial Design

In the Industrial Design program, you will learn how to develop new products that are used in daily lives.

These may include everything from everyday products to mobile apps.

You’ll be encouraged to design sustainable products that will last many generations, keeping in mind diverse cultures.

You’ll learn about research, concept development and making prototypes, You will also study how people behave to better understand what their needs are.

An important benefit of studying Industrial Design at OCAD U is that while you’re studying theory, you’ll also be able to take practical, creative hands-on courses, such as design and drawing.
