The Bachelor of Business at CDU is a flexible qualification that develops your knowledge, skills and understanding of business and commerce through global and local contexts. 

You will support to be an innovative thinker and be able to meet the challenges of a changing business world.

The Bachelor of Business equips you with the career and professional skills you need to succeed. 

Communication, presentation and problem-solving skills are emphasised throughout the course. 

You will be supported to develop fundamental business knowledge and understanding, with the opportunity to specialise in particular areas of interest.

You can select one of the following majors that match your career goals after your study commencing:

• Strategic Marketing and Communication
• International Management and Logistics
• Entrepreneurship and Innovation

If you hold a vocational education and training qualification in one of the following fields, you may be able to gain credit for your prior study and opt for a major in:

• Tourism and Destination Management
• Human Resource Management
• Project Management
• Work Health and Safety
• Hospitality Management

• Certified copies of all Transcripts & Award Certificates
• Passport or Visa Documents
• Translations of documents in a language other than English
• English Language Proficiency

The minimum academic entry requirement for admission to an undergraduate degree is completing a qualification deemed equivalent to an Australian Year 12 high school certificate by the University’s qualification assessment references. 

Admission requirements are met by one of the following:

• Successful completion of the Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training (or equivalent) and awarding an Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) of at least 60
• Successful completion of a national qualification at Certificate III level or higher
• Successful completion of at least 0.5 years of full-time study (or equivalent) of a higher education degree/diploma
• Overseas secondary or tertiary qualifications are considered equivalent to the above Australian qualifications

China:

• Successful completion of a recognised pre-tertiary or foundation program;
• Or completion of the National College Entrance Examination (NCEE) with a GAOKAO score is required for entry into a Tier Two university in the relevant province.
• Or Year 12 with a minimum of 70% for Business, Accounting, Art, Social work, Humanitarian and Education courses.
• Year 12 with a minimum of 80% for Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Nutrition, Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Speech and Language Therapy, Bachelor of Health Science/Master of Occupational Therapy, and Bachelor of Engineering Honours courses.

India:

• All India Senior School Certificate or Indian School Certificate or Senior Secondary Certificate with an average score of 60% in the best 4 academic subjects, including English
• Or Higher Secondary Certificate with an average of 75% (for Punjab and Haryana board)
• Or 65% (for other State Boards)in the best four academic subjects, excluding subjects of local languages, work experience, physical education and other non-academic subjects.

International Foundation Studies Program

Completion of a Foundation Studies program provides access to most CDU undergraduate degrees. 

After completing a foundation program, students are well prepared and confident in their academic and English abilities.
