Successful completion of the Centre for English Language at the University of South Australia (CELUSA) Academic English Program: Level 5 (AE5)

 

If you do not meet the English language entry requirements, you can successfully complete the Centre for the English Language at the University of South Australia (CELUSA) Academic English Program. 

 
If they successfully complete the AE program at an appropriate level, students applying to these institutions will not need to take IELTS or any other English language test. Depending on their English level upon commencement of the AE program and their required IELTS score for further studies, students will study for between 10 and 40 weeks.


Academic background and requirement

Entrants to the program shall normally hold one of the following:

  • A completed Bachelor's degree from a recognised higher education institution or equivalent; or
  • A completed Advanced Diploma (or Associate Degree) plus 1-year of professional experience; or
  • A completed Diploma and 2 years of professional experience; or
  • 3 years professional experience.
