Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management

Construction Project Management is a one-year, two-term college graduate program. Students will learn the knowledge and skills required to advance in the construction industry to a management position

Courses focus on theories and practices of modern construction management in residential, industrial, commercial and institutional construction projects.

Fanshawe College’s Construction Project Management program will provide the skills needed to navigate the modern and dynamic construction industry.

This program is also designed to meet the need for people with out-of-Canada qualifications such as architects and engineers to use their skills and qualify for these well paid, rewarding jobs.

This program has been accredited by the Canadian Construction Association Gold Seal Accreditation Board. Upon graduation, students will have earned twenty-five credits toward their formal education requirement.

The EAP program and full-time professors will help you to gain confidence and fluency in using English as well as help you prepare for your next steps using the latest methods and technology.

A Three-Year College Diploma, or a Degree in a construction-related field
OR
An equivalent qualification from another institution as judged by the College
