Overview

Master of Data Science

Every industry benefits from the correct use of data, as it provides insights into their customers, business and environment.

During this program, you will learn about the various data types, extract relevant and meaningful data, and develop the analytical skills to turn this data into valuable insights.

Throughout your studies, you will learn how to efficiently identify trends, understand customers and predict behaviour, detect fraud, and identify credit risk.

Western's Master of Data Science provides a strong applications focus, covering the nature of data, including Big Data and data-driven investigations, as well as visual and computational analytics.

After completing the program, you will have completed two self-guided master projects and will graduate with the confidence and skills to draw out meaningful insights with actionable metrics.
