Mechanical engineers are involved in the conception, design, implementation and operation of a variety of mechanical systems, from bicycles and space shuttles to espresso machines. This program will help you gain expertise that can be used in aerospace, energy, manufacturing, machinery and transportation.
The Mechanical Engineering degree offers three areas of specialization so you can study what you're most passionate about:
the minimum requirement for McGill is the equivalent of a B+ average
Score of 115 or better (120 for B.Ed. (TESL), B.Com.)
At McGill, conditional admission programs for those lacking the requisite English skills for direct admission have existed at the Graduate Studies and at Continuing Education, but not for regular undergraduate admission
