The Diploma in Agriculture at Manitoba university is a practical, hands-on program that prepares students to manage a farm or work in an agricultural business. Students will develop the communication and leadership skills needed to succeed in today’s Agri-Food industry.
The School of Agriculture coordinates the diploma in agriculture program and offers a variety of certificate, non-credit, and professional development programs for the agri-food industry on behalf of the Faculty of Agricultural and Food Sciences.

The English Language Centre (ELC) at the University of Manitoba (UM) offers the full-time Intensive Academic English Program (IAEP).
If the student does not meet the English Language Proficiency requirement for their program of interest, the student can take advantage of this program to obtain the Academic English language skills needed to complete a degree.
