Overview

Bachelor of Science - Microbiology

The General (BSc) degree at Manitoba provides diversified training, giving students broad exposure to the major areas of science at the introductory level.

The Microbiology (BSc) provides a comprehensive study of modern microbiology, ranging from environmental to medical to molecular microbiology.

It is the study of life, infectious agents and biological processes at the microscopic level.

This field will introduce you to a world of organisms — from those involved in food production to those that infect and give rise to disease to those that help elements cycle through the environment or live in symbiosis with other organisms.
