If you're offered conditional admission, you can enroll in one of our English pathway programs designed for students who need extra time and training to meet our English proficiency requirements, and who would like to benefit from additional transition time and academic preparation before full-time study.

Once you successfully complete one of Mount Allison's English language programs, you will get unconditional admission to Mount Allison (if you meet our academic requirements). No additional TOEFL or IELTS tests will be required.

Regular admission: To be considered for admission, a minimum final grade of 65% or the equivalent is required in all university-preparatory courses reviewed.
Early admission: Applicants may be considered for early admission based on their final grade 11 transcripts. A minimum admissions average of 80% is required for consideration.
China requirements:
Students studying at vocational/technical high schools may be considered if they have strong grades and their educational background is relevant to their intended field of study.
